Director of the Chase Near Eastside Legacy Center
He came to the Boner Center after 10 years in the staffing and human resources field, including 2 years as a small business owner. Ben’s ability to establish strong win-win relationships with area employers helps to provide strong employment opportunities for Boner Center customers. Ben and his wife Natalie enjoy trying new restaurants and spending time with friends and family.

Fitness Relations and Operations Manager
Before joining the John H. Boner Children and Youth team, Rico worked as a Personal Trainer and Membership Specialist at the Ransburg YMCA. He graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from Milligan College in Tennessee. He also received his Personal Trainer Certification from the American College of Sport Medicine. He moved to Indianapolis with his wife Jill with the intention of serving the near eastside community, particularly the Hispanic population. Working at the Chase Legacy Center has given him the unique opportunity to combine his interest in fitness and sport, as well as his fluency in Spanish to serve this community.
Rico’s top interests are God, family ,and basketball. He visits his family back in Puerto Rico at least twice a year and he is a NY fan ALL THE WAY!
