Full-time Financial Foundations Project Manager at John Boner Neighborhood Centers.

The Financial Foundations department works to advance the mission of center by assisting individuals and families achieve financial stability and grow their financial capacities over-time. Through its service delivery model, neighbors have access to employment, income supports, financial coaching and asset development resources and services. The Project Manager will assist the Financial Foundations department in achieving its goals of increasing individuals’ and families’ net income, net worth and increase credit scores. Project Manager ensures overall program implementation adheres to all compliance regulations. Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field;
• Five or more years’ experience in direct service in community-based human services;
• Five or more years’ supervisory, management, and program development experience;
• Proven administrative and leadership ability;
• Ability to grasp conceptual as well as mechanical aspects of office procedures;
• Adept at public relations; ability to communicate effectively with and relate positively to clients, agency staff, other social service and/or community agencies;
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and work independently of direct supervision;
• Ability to implement concepts learned from training;
