Case Manager

The Director is responsible for providing administrative decision-making and implementation to will ensure facilitation of high-quality programming and implementation of pipeline services utilizing a two-generational approach with all youth and their families. This position is also responsible for the efficient and purposeful integration of services inter and intra agency, leadership and resource development & coordination with other partners.

Position Summary: IEAZ Director of Adult Services is responsible for providing comprehensive and strategic planning, development, and implementation of the IndyEast Achievement Zone. The Director is responsible for providing administrative decision-making and implementation to help near eastside residents become more financially secure in the three critical areas: increased wages through workforce development programs; improved finances; and access to public benefits such as food stamps and earned income tax credits. This position is also responsible for the efficient and purposeful integration of inter- and intra-agency services, leadership and resource development.

Position Summary: The EERMD Director will advise and lead the development and implementation of the Eastside Economic Recovery & Mobility District (EERMD). The EERMD will promote existing comprehensive community development initiatives, such as the IndyEast Promise Zone and the 21st Century Talent Region and develop new comprehensive community development initiatives. The Director will oversee and manage the implementation of specific objectives in neighbor defined goal areas. Critical to the success of this position is the ability to engage the broadest coalition of various stakeholders.

2021 AmeriCorps VISTA Positions
